        Showed up to my home on multiple occasions when we had never contacted this business. Extremely unprofessional, sketchy, and unpleasant to be bothered in my own home when we haven't even heard of this business. Disgusting way to operate.

        Tried to cash out 2 annuities to buy a home that were supposed to be direct deposited into our account. Aafter over a month of phone calls, run arounds and speaking to several managers, a check was issued and mailed regular mail. In short, we lost the home we were trying to purchase because we didn't recieve OUR MONEY in a timely manner. MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY EVER!
