After trying to refinance with other mortgage companies and frustrated by promises. James Over contacted me, when I was hunting for another mortgage broker. He LISTENED to our situation, he was the most helpful person I have dealt with, it was a very smooth process. He answered all my crazy questions, was always kind and considerate. This is our second time working with James. Both times he has been professional, honest, kind and knowledgeable. As a former escrow officer I had high expectations of what a good mortgage broker is supposed to be and James exceeded my expectations! He closed our loan (that had some hurdle) timely and with clear communication. He updated me before I had to check in, which is hardly ever the case in my experience. I cant recommend him enough. He will be my first call for my lending needs and I will refer friends and family without hesitation. Simply put hes the best!!

James was a great help, bending over backwards helping with my refinancing my property. He walked me thru many steps, taught me ways to maneuver around the computer. I have kept in contact with him when questions came up even after my loan was approved. But also sharing myself as an artist and as he is.

Absolutely the best! Thanks to James we were able to complete our sale. He is the best listener and never rushes you. He is very knowledgeable about manufactured homes. Cant say enough. Always professional! We have purchased several properties over the years but have never had anyone as competent. He saved us over $7000 in closing costs. Thank you James Over.
