Where to start... Melissa is, simply put, a loan goddess. After starting the process of buying a house with a different mortgage broker it became apparent that the broker and his team did not know what they were doing. Unfortunately, this became clear week a half our from closing. Melissa came to the rescue. She got done in three days, perfectly and accurately, what had taken the other broker over a month to accomplish. Not only that, she saved us $130,000 over the term of our loan by getting us a lower interest rate. She is amazing, grounded and absolutely lovely to work with. I would recommend her to anyone, and would definitely work with her again if need be. In fact, I wouldn't want to work with anyone else after my experience with her.
