We grew from a one-person payroll to a 12 person payroll during our many years with them. We finally moved payroll providers after giving them multiple chances to resolve errors across the spectrum occurring over the last 12 months - tax with-holding errors, late reimbursements of pre-tax with-holdings, over-withholding of 401(k) funds, late submission of 401(k) funds. They have one employee I will miss who is overworked. Most everyone else was unresponsive or unhelpful.

I strongly warn against using this company. Though they are local, their systems are antiquated, their timeclock program is outdated, they have inexperienced payroll representatives that overlook crucial details and they made so many mistakes on every payroll for the last 9 months, they caused me (a loyal customer for 7 years) to jump ship.
