Beware of this person. I spoke with her on the phone recently and told her multiple times throughout our conversation that "this was the first time I've thought about or tried to buy a house, so I need to know what I need to do to make it happen", and I'm not sure if this lady was in a bad mood when I spoke with her, but pretty much from the get she was extremely rude to me. I'm now hesitant in calling another Mortgage or Lending person because of her, are they all like that? Anyway, I for one will never call her again, and just want people to be aware of her, if you have to deal with her. Again, she may have been in a bad mood that day and I just happened to be the unlucky one who got to speak with her at that time, which I will gladly take one for the team for, but you've been warned!

Lisa McCormick will do everything she can to find you the perfect loan. She is very personable, caring, and listens to your needs and concerns. She made our loan process go smoothly and was very patient and kind when we had a glitch with the appraisal and things got delayed. She worked wonderfully with our realtor and communicated with us through the whole process.
