        Top notch top notch top notch! My washer failed and flooded our laundry room. Mr. Appliance was able to come out the next day, diagnose the problem, and order the part. Tony let me know the part was coming from Texas and could be delayed. I was kept in the loop and received a check in call to let me know the status of the part as well. Once it arrived Tony was able to install it a day later. Tony Juarez gave me great suggestions on how to prevent a future flooding, he was very professional, on time, courteous and most importantly, fixed the issue :) I will absolutely call Mr. Appliance if I need any repair work done on my appliances in the future.
