Went in looking for a new pillow to help with neck pain. Worked with Carson and she was incredible! Helped me try out different types of pillows and get the one I thought would work best. Then when admiring her bracelet I told her my daughter and I like to make them a lot and she asked me to wait a second and came back with a little bead kit leftover from an event and said I could have it for my daughter. So so sweet! Also got some amazing little stress squish purple mattress toys. Theyre fun. My pillow has since arrived and its been a few nights with it and so far Im happy! Thank you so much Carson for your help and kindness! You made my day.

Who knew that mattress shopping could be so enjoyable?! We had the pleasure of working with Kim to find the right mattress for us. She was so kind, honest and helpful. We are excited about our purple mattress and feel so grateful to have worked with such a wonderful person. I wanted to take a moment to share a wonderful experience I received by Tracy Jones and her team at the Purple showroom at Bridgeport Village, OR. I was doing some last minute shopping on Christmas Eve and I walked into the showroom with my 10 year old son. Tracy and her staff treated me AND my son with exceptional service and answered all of my son's questions and made sure he felt comfortable trying out mattresses. Often times service to children is overlooked but Tracy went above and beyond to make sure he felt just as welcomed as any other customer. We ended up purchasing a king mattress, sheets, and an office chair pad with a backrest. The service we received from the moment we arrived at the showroom until the mattress with delivered was exceptional and I wanted to take a moment to share this review because it was well earned by Tracy and her team. I very much recommend the white glove experience from Purple and the mattress is amazing as well. Kudos to the team at Bridgeport.

Amazing experience. My husband and I are sleeping on a 8 year old bed and I am 6 months pregnant. Needless to say, it was time to find a new bed. My shoulders and hips have been hurting, and my husband has been sweating in his sleep. When we visited the showroom, we were greeted by Tracy, she instantly made me feel comfortable. She reviewed the grid flex technology with us and then encouraged us to try out the beds. Instantly, we felt the difference. Like Goldilocks, we went from to bed to bed while Tracy and her awesome colleague Kimberly reviewed the benefits of each mattress option. After an hour and a half we had come to the conclusion that we wanted the whole package deal, mattress + smart base + mattress protector & sheets / pillows. Tracy told us to take our time, she could email us all the details and we could make our decision another day. Never once did we feel pressured to make a decision in store. The matter was, I felt like I had been given all the details I needed to make my decision. I had already shopped around and I knew that nothing else was offered on the market that matched what I needed and wanted like Purple did. All the bells and whistles. I think the smart base will be very helpful, Tracy and Kimberley pointed out something I didnt even think of, that the adjustable base will be helpful for reading or breastfeeding position at night. The grid stays cool, and supports my shoulders and hips. All in all, I felt my experience was like buying from a friend, Tracy and Kimberley chatted with us, congratulated me on my pregnancy, and just were fun to shop with. I could ask any question without feeling intimidated or like Im annoying. Its funny, I never knew that mattress shopping could be fun.
