        Ive lived at the Luxor Bala for 2 1/2 years and have just renewed for another year. The staff here is very knowledgeable and attentive to the resident needs. The resident weekly events are amazing and foster a great community of neighbors. Every Thursday is Thirsty Thursdays and friends and family are welcomed which is a ++++! Id recommend someone to live here because its a great location - close to transit, dining, necessities and 10-15 mins from center city!

        You can't the location right at City Ave and the 76 entrance/exit. The studio apartment is well designed, even with a walk in closet! It includes washer/dryer, spacious kitchen and living space. Luxor is 20 minutes from Center City, minutes from Manayunk and Ardmore.The building is quiet and neighbors are friendly. In fact, this was the only apartment location where I've actually made friends! I really enjoyed the IMBEBE bar/lobby where neighbors get together on Thursday afterwork. I moved out of the area but if I ever return to Philly, Luxor is my first choice.
