My review has nothing to do with this store it's about MetroPCS corporate, since may they blocked my account from using any card and lie to me saying it's my bank which is B.S! Then I have to drive two hours to pay with my card in the store which actually works but MetroPCS lies and I been a customer since 2008 I'm definitely going to another service because every month they say they will fix it and nothing gets done and I'm tried of it. Well MetroPCS You Just Lost A Loyal Customer!!!!!

Great customer service, professional working knowledge, good demeanor, well spoken and organized thank you TMobile for hiring a well trained service rep. His name Christopher and he. Is employed by T-Mobile on 97 east broad street.

I have nver been in a store to open up a phone line and come out as fast as i did with this particular store. The assistant, Diego, was willing to help as soon as we came in the door and he did. He was knowledgeable in offering options, once discussed, i told him what i wanted & he obliged. He set up the line and we were outta there in 30 mins. I was impressed and very satisfied. Thanks Diego! Waaay to go Metro, you got a great team player in Diego!
