Reliable, responsive, and reasonable. I have used College Butler services multiple times to facilitate move-ins and move-outs. A quick read-through their website and filling out a pickup form gets you oriented and set up. They provide boxes, you pack, and they come to pick up. It helps that they are familiar with the campus. When I have called for clarification and specific needs, customer service has been understanding and helpful.

As a parent living across the coast from where our daughter attends college, I highly recommend The College Butler. We had no idea what to expect for the freshman year move-out and sophomore year move-in by herself, and both moves were seamless with The College Butlers help. The College Butler alleviated so much stress; their customer service is phenomenal! Tim and his team were extremely accommodating and promptly replied to last-minute questions and scheduling requests. Go for the College Butler!

I had a similar experience like the reviews before. Storage is an easy business; so even if you see generally positive reviews, just know that they DO NOT have your back if something goes wrong (on their side!!!) I stored with them in 2020,2021 and 2022; in 2022 they said their warehouse had some fire detector being faulty resulting in sprinklers going off and they had to take apart my boxes because they got wet. My boxes were labeled with things I packed in there, but as a result of the Re- packing I no longer know what is in each box. I didnt unpack everything recently due to some personal matters, but it turns out an important photo album and my medical supplies, clothes didnt get included They also messed up my stuff with some other person with the same last name which was frustrating. The delivery guy also forgot some boxes and had to redeliver after my reminders. Edit: Spoke to my other friends and they also experienced this while using their service. I would caution people from using them.

I give The College Butler 10 stars! Tim and his team are outstanding! This is the best moving company I have ever used and I recommend them highly. You will be in good hands and they treat you like family. They are professional, reliable and they care about their customers. I have used them several times over the years to move 2 of my college kids in and out of their dorms and the crews have always been friendly, helpful and organized. You can trust them to do a great job! This is a well run company with a personal touch. Tim and his team recently went above and beyond to assist me with getting my daughter's car shipped across the country. They handled some difficult logistics with the car transport service with professionalism and care. The College Butler is an exceptional company and Tim and his employees are first class! So thankful they have been there to help us with our moving and storage needs all these years. Thank you to Tim and his team!

I Recommend The College Butler for Every College Student. I had a great experience! I am so appreciative of The College Butler for their services. During your freshman year, in the college house, you always bring more than you need from home and then when its time to pack up after your first year, you need direction as to what to do with all of your stuff. Tim, Vince, Bryan, Clay, and their team are amazing at helping you sort this out. They are a professional company and truly experts at college storage. Their complete storage process puts you at ease. They were so patient, answered questions, offered suggestions, and the service was extremely, convenient and helpful. The College Butler went well and beyond and took care in professionally wrapping large bulky items, like a refrigerator, microwave, wall hangings, and small dorm furniture that could not be stored in boxes, preventing them from damage. They also supplied free boxes and tape, and conveniently had bubble wrap and larger wardrobe boxes for hanging clothing, accessibly available for purchase. The College Butler was accommodating, timely and flexible with door-to-door pickup and delivery directly from and to my dorm. I was worry-free all summer long. My storage items were secured for (3) three months of summer, remained intact, and in perfect condition, like I left them-- on redelivery for my return to college for the new school year, to begin my sophomore year. I could not have asked for a better storage company or a convenient arrangement. I would recommend The College Butler and would most definitely use their services again.
