Working with Counseling & Wellness Center of Pittsburgh, and specifically Sandee, has been the best therapy experience that I have had! She meets you wherever your needs are, she listens to what works for you and what doesn't work, and she is wonderful at building lasting rapport. Scheduling is very accommodating as well. I can't recommend this group and Sandee enough!

Sometimes picking up the phone is the hardest part in asking for help. Upon reaching out to the Counseling and Wellness Center, I was greeted promptly with compassion, kindness, and flexibility within the clinicians schedule to come in for an intake appointment. They provided me with both options of telehealth and in person sessions as well as a convenient location in close proximity to my home. I then began therapy with Sandee several months ago and am so thankful I took the initiative to get the help that I needed. She provides a safe space where I can be vulnerable and transparent without feeling judged. She offers insight, guidance, and suggestions on how I can better cope with lifes challenges. So quickly I established trust and rapport within the therapeutic relationship. She offers a non biased perspective that allows me to view things differently and effective tools to help combat negative thoughts and symptoms of anxiety. She is an exceptional clinician and has encouraged me to grow all while challenging me to be a better person each day. I couldnt be more grateful to have someone such as her in my life. The support is beyond measure and I am free to be me. I highly recommend this treatment provider as all of my interactions with all staff have been friendly and helpful.
