They are nearly impossible to make human contact with. I tried the local office and corporate customer service several times. Settling an estate policy should not be that hard. I will never select this company for a personal policy.

I have been a client of Bankers Life for a couple of years now. My story is I had an inherited IRA from my husband and I did not know what I could do with it or what needed done to get it in my name. Richele Miller came out to my house and explained to me what my options were and how I could protect my investment. Richele went over the tax consequences I would entail if I would have taken the monies out and the different options I had to invest the monies so I can retire comfortable. Richele spent time with me as I did not know anything about investments. Richele put me in a better financial situation. I highly recommend Bankers Life for the one on one attention they give.

I am an employee at Bankers Life and have worked for the company for over 18 years. Over the years, we have developed a great staff and strive to help new agents be successful, stay compliant and have fun. Taking the time to listen to clients needs and goals has really helped me develop into the professional that I am today. I have worked with every class of retiree and have always committed to doing what is in the best interest of the client. This wouldn't be possible without amazing support from our administrators who often answer calls from Bankers Life policyholders not even residing in Western Pennsylvania.
