They are nearly impossible to make human contact with. I tried the local office and corporate customer service several times. Settling an estate policy should not be that hard. I will never select this company for a personal policy.

I've worked here for 9 years and wish I had found it 10 years before. A solid, professional company that treats its agents and clients very well. Anyone that is hard working, trustworthy and reliable could make a great agent. Our training is second to none.
Our clients are our primary concern and it is great that we focus on their main concerns pre/post retirement. We are trained to help in all areas of retirement, not just one or two.
The Erie, PA office, which also consists of the Grove City, PA and Jamestown, NY satellites, has a very unique culture and solid tenure. We enjoy working together and have a lot of events to build and continue that comraderie.
