Couldn't have asked for a better team to work with than the Fred Amendola with Keller Williams Realty. Fred had initially approached me regarding the purchase of my property to one of his existing clients, to which he took on the job of coordinating the entire process for the best outcome. At a time being a sellers market, I was extremely happy getting the best deal I could for my then home. Due to Fred's professionalism and understanding of the industry, I decided to continue with him and his team in search of my next house. Even with a very difficult market, I was extremely impressed because this is where Fred and his team absolutely shines! Any property I wanted to look at, he was able to get me in within same day, or early following day. He gave great advice for each of the properties to put me in the best place for making offers, and articulating the offers in a way that's undoubtedly the best.
