Chef Missy and crew were quite literally a God-send for my mother's Celebration of life. From the minute I spoke to her on the phone, to the time they were finished, I felt completely at ease. My mom made sure her wishes were known before she passed: "no one is to lift a finger and everyone is to enjoy themselves." Chef Missy delivered. Family and friend raved about the food. The staff could not have been more thoughtful and accommodating. 5 stars!

My son and his fianc were married on September 4th in the Poconos and wanted a vegan wedding. Our first caterer ghosted us, and the second caterer strung us along for months. They finally sent the proposal and it was $6,000 over the budget (and they knew the budget and said they could work with us). In a bit of a panic, I started googling caterers and Chef Missy popped up, I called and she answered! From the first conversation to the event, Chef Missy was amazing to work with. She stuck to the budget, gave us lots of suggestions, and the food was incredible. You know the food is good when non-vegans were asking for seconds! The presentation was professional and the staff was great, too! We dont know what we would have done without Chef Missy. If I could give her 100 stars, I would!! Chef Missy saved the day! In the pinch of time, Chef Missy made our whole catering idea come true! She created a simple yet delicious vegan menu and bar package within our budget for our wedding reception. Her staff was so pleasant and professional. We had an abundance of positive feedback from guests, and no food was left to waste - making the overall outcome speak for itself! Thank You Chef Missy! (:

Chef Missy catered our micro-wedding on May 1st, and everything was done to perfection. The appetizers and multi-course dinner were seasonal, elegant, and delicious, and service was warm and professional - from start to finish, working with Missy exceeded my expectations. Chef Missy and her staff executed an amazing wedding dinner for my daughter May 2021! She was terrific to work with, super accommodating and most importantly provided a high end cocktail reception and 5 course dinner! We highly recommend!
