        Dont waste your hard earned money here. I stayed only for a few months and was forced to leave because I could NEVER sleep because of the loud obnoxious neighbors. It was exhausting and super over priced. They randomly charged me for a pool fee. I never asked for . It was never in the lease that I had to get a pool fee. I never even used it. I emailed the manager about it and she said yes its mandatory. For something I never used!! I told them multiple time about the noise. They said they will ask them to keep it down. They just got louder. I went and talked to the neighbor myself and still no change. I really hope they go out of business soon because what I had to deal with , I would never wish on anyone. It literally states in the lease to not make any loud or obnoxious noises or your lease could be terminated. But they did not take it seriously. Then I started to get worried for the tenants up stairs I started hearing things in the middle of the night like someone being thrown against the wall with a really loud bang and I heard really loud crying then just complete silence. This happened multiple times. It was traumatizing. Like I said I dont know how this place is still in business. They steal money and are already over priced. My first sign to not move there was all the moving trucks I seen just in my first week of staying there. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Oh and their maintenance dude walked in my apartment when I was in my room naked . They banged on my door once then just walked in. Didnt give me time to put any clothes on or anything. This place is super unprofessional.

        I had a tour with Brittany sometime last week the tour went well. She answered all of my questions I had. She showed me a very beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. The property was very clean and the office staff was friendly and welcoming. I will be looking forward to be a future resident at eagles crest.
