        Need or want a new outfit for that summer time outing. Stop in and see the new looks and some old favorites. The 90's have made a come back in fashion. So if you wanna relive your glory days or just look the part you need to check out their selection. Customer service is amazing and the store was clean.

        Hours are incorrect. Checked before leaving the house, arrived 45 minutes before stated closing time and staff said they were closed.

        This store does the bare minimum and the store manager made myself and my mother in law Debbie very upset . If this is how American Eagle does customer service I dont ever want to shop here again but whoever is in charge of this store obviously doesnt care about it. Its dirty not organized and the employees are very rude I will go to another location

        Store manager is extremely rude . Entire staff is rude. I've never been treated so bad verbally. I left the store so unhappy. I usually shop at the indiana pa location and I will never go to another American eagle but INDIANA. The clothes at Johnstown are so wrinkled. Never again. If I could put zero i would have. They do not even deserve one star.
