Took my truck here for warranty work and maintenance work. I now have a constant noise I didnt have before, after they replaced my axles. They supposedly heard nothing on the test drive. I took it somewhere else and they heard the noise as soon as they drove the truck a couple feet. The one guy I spoke to was pretty cool and Im very satisfied with the rest of the work they did. Been going to these guys regularly for over 10 years. They know what theyre doing! Great communication & very honest pricing this is THE place to go. Total opposite experience from going to a dealership for repairs. And they work fast. I proudly recommend them to anyone, you will save a lot of money and get far better work done. Been here a couple times now. Always have felt like I was charged a fair price and that they explained clearly what they were doing. I'm sure there are other great mechanics in town, but I don't feel any need to search for them. I'm more than happy with Gilbert's.
