        Denise Frey is excellent. When I brought new laws that were going into effect or are still being worked on to her attention if she didn't have the answer she researched them and got back to me with answers. Denise Frey has helped me through some difficult siutations in the past and helped me get through them unlike some of the other people at H&R Block who said they would help me, but never did. Denise is the only one I will go to because of my bad experience I had with the other people. Just to make it clear the people I had dealt with were at another office not the one Denise works at. Denise Frey gets a five star. The only reason I gave H&R Block a four star is the cost to file taxes. It's getting higher and higher each year.
