Zach is one of the best technicians I had the experience working with. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, and helped resolve a complicated water issue in my basement. Ive used Goodman in the past and will continue to rely on them for all my HVAC and Plumbing needs.

My water heater went , called Goodman, they showed up on time, the next day....and for less then expected...great service....

We called for a gas line issue, not an emergency but to get a quote for a repair. On the phone the receptionist said it would be a free quote but theyd have to get a person that does the gas repairs to quote us when they come out. I said ok and made an appointment. The morning of the appointment, someone called asked what the issue was, I explained and they said it would cost money for them to come out and quote me. I said I know what needs to be fixed so just tell me how much that would be. They said they wont do that and I have to pay for the quote. Mkkkay. Didnt like the bait and switch one bit. These companies used to be good family companies now it seems like they are just call centers to refer plumbing work out. Skip these and guys and go with a mom / pop operation.
