Joe Lombardi is an exceptionally gifted person, patient, friendly, thorough and kind. He carefully explained the process of changing policies for Medicare N coverage for my wife, her sister and me. We were able to save a significant amount of money while maintaining the same coverage that we had had before. Mr. Lombardi never pressured us, and he gave us ample opportunity to ask questions. After receiving tons of confusing offers in the mail, a wonderful packet arrived one day that was so well organized and so easy to understand I could finally start to make sense of Medicare and all my choices. It was exactly what I needed. I called the number and met Joe. Joe then guided me through the process with great patience and understanding. I am so grateful to have connected with him. He is very knowledgable and he always answers the phone! Don't even attempt to sort out Medicare without expert advice. The choices are overwhelming and confusing. Joe found the absolute best options for me at the best price. I give Joe my highest recommendation! Don't bother to look anywhere else. Joe is "THE MAN."

I pride myself on being insurance knowledgeable and unintimidated by coverage complexity, but as I approached my Medicare date I was extremely fortunate to connect with Joe as an agent on my behalf in helping me with supplemental coverage. He is uber-knowledgeable about Medicare supplements on a level that communicates the broad coverage strokes as well as the nitty-gritty details that can trip you up. And he explains them with patient clarity. Equally important to me, is that Joes only loyalty is ME, not any insurance company. His recommended options are tailored to exclude companies that were not a good fit. But even beyond this level of service, Joe follows up. Yeah, yeah, sure, sure, you say. But its true! Ive gotten calls from him to make sure all the loose ends in my coverage are addressed and my questions/concerns have been answered. And then he has gone twono, three steps beyond, by making calls on my behalf to the company and even to a facility that felt it had a right to refuse my supplemental policy. Joe didnt let that slide. And he wont let you slide into client-file oblivion. Joe is a rare resource. Call him. Now.
