Pyramid scheme. All the 5 star reviews you see below are either paid or by employees themselves. Thankfully these guys have started to be banned from placing flyers at college campuses, the places where they recruit the majority of gullible young college students with the promise of a high hourly rate which most never make. This is like Amway or Herbalife....

Vector is great! Its a load of fun and you literally work whenever you want! Plus there are so many doors that vector opens! I've been working here for two years now. I can honestly say the manager (Ali) has had a stronger influence in my personal development than almost anyone else in my LIFE. She's helped me through rough times and pours all she has into her people. Vector is truly a place where you get whatever you earn. You have to have a certain level of grit and perseverance to get far -- and sales definitely isn't for everyone -- but if you are interested at all, try it out. You'll never know if it's for you until you try it, and I personally believe there's no better job for college kids and twenty-somethings.
