Moved in about 5 months ago and everything has been amazing since. I want to give a huge shout-out to Mike, Jacob, and Jason for being incredibly friendly and helpful with anything we need. Their top-notch service has truly made our experience here exceptional. The amenities at this complex are outstanding, and the dog park is a real highlight, especially for our furry friend. It's always bustling with happy dogs and their owners, creating a lovely sense of community. The entire community is impeccably maintained, and the residents are so welcoming and friendly. It's truly a joy to call this place home. We're both looking forward to continuing to enjoy all the wonderful features this apartment complex has to offer. Huge thanks to the team for creating such a warm and inviting environment for us.

We signed a lease for a NON smoking community. The neighbors below us have smoked us out of our balcony and apartment because it comes through the vents. The manager and corporate office has done nothing to make us feel better about the situation and I have said something about this issue since September. It is very clear that they do not care about how this can affect our health and lifestyle. Rent is very expensive to deal with this.

Mike and Jacob have planned great monthly pop ups for the complex that help you meet your neighbors and stay connected to the staff! Jason on the maintenance team takes great pride in keeping up the property and is quick to respond to any question! They that take the time to get to know you and make you feel at home!

I have lived here since October and would like to leave an honest review as this would have helped me in my apartment shopping. Let me start with the noise: you will hear dogs barking from other apartments around you both inside the building and outside. The ground apartments have fenced yards and people leave their dogs out for long periods of time and they bark(I can only imagine how it will be when the weather is nice). I live on the 3rd floor and can hear the dogs on the first floor bark which is every time the main door slams shut. Dont bother hanging anything on the walls because it will fall each time the main door slams shut and it will also wake you up throughout the night. Airplanes fly directly over these apartments and it starts very early in the morning until very late at night and it is loud. On to the monthly $110 convenience package fee every tenant must pay that includes internet that rarely works. The buildings also do not have an elevator and you will hear all walking/running up/down the steps which is another reason you cannot hang anything on the walls. The walls are paper thin and the windows will let you hear all of the noise coming from the parking lots which gets fun when people just sit in their car with their bass bumping late at night which is another reason you cannot have anything on the walls, oh and it will also wake you up throughout the night. The apartments look nice however, poorly designed.
