I wish we would have called Veterans Plumbing Services first when our water heater broke! After waiting all day for a different plumber who showed up just to tell us he couldnt help us until the next day. we called Veterans Plumbing Services. Initially, I thought it would cost more because Veterans Plumbing is available 24 hrs. NOT SO! Their prices were more reasonable than the first company, and they had our water heater fixed within hours- not days. I cant say enough about how fast they responded! Also, it is evident that Robert and Chad care about their customers and their work because they took the time to explain everything that they were doing even though it was late at night. We will use Veterans pluming Services again, and recommend them to all of our friends. Service: Water heater installation

AMAZING all the way around! June 7: Called to inquire about a quote for hot water heater installation, including electric lines. June 8: Technician came to home to measure. June 9: I had the quote in my email. I called Robert to verbally accept the quote. June 10: Installation and satisfaction in all work performed. Along the way I was treated like a valued customer with the utmost respect and courteousness. Above all, in today's world, I got the work I wanted done IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!!! Worked with Rob and Chad came out to replace a sump pump and clear a clogged drain. After discovering the new and already installed sump pump was the wrong size Rob and Chad worked to get the right one and Chad came back in the evening to complete the job. Chad went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work. Both were very prompt and professional and I will recommend them to friends and family.
