The worst management company. When our move in day came they said our apartment wasnt ready (after we drove 6 hours from our old home) and they tried to put us in a smaller unit in the moldy basement and charge us the same amount. After that whole ordeal, my bike was stolen from the front porch bike rack after management assured me there had been no crimes in the building (neighbors later told me that management had been informed of multiple prior thefts). Our neighbor smoked cigarettes and the smell came in through the walls which made my clothes smell like smoke. The management did nothing about this. One day there was a bat in the building and I called maintenance and they did nothing. One evening we got home and a mentally ill woman was wandering the hallway trying to get into peoples apartments. The neighborhood is horrible and dangerous too. I heard someone get shot and it turned out it was right in front of my car. The building down the street burned down and a bunch of the residents had to hang out in our building lobby for hours because they were out in the middle of winter. Theres really nothing I can say positive about the time I lived here. I left the lease early because of my multiple complaints about the smoke smell and my concerns about it affecting my asthma and the management didnt even offer a partial refund.

Horrible management and maintenance. I went almost 2 months with a broken toilet. They didnt want to call a plumber. They are dishonest I wouldnt ever live here again. And theres crime in the building. Breaking and all.
