      Hello. I'm very sorry that you are upset with our service. We do not charge for diagnostics if it is a simple and easy test and we can quickly identify the problem. If we do a further investigation we charge a $30 diagnostic fee. According to our system record, your PlayStation had a power problem. We have removed several shortages on the motherboard. After that we discovered that the problem was in the central processor. In this case, the only way to fix the problem is by replacing the motherboard. Replacement of the motherboard costs from $340 to $380 depending on the revision of your PlayStation. In your case, it will be -$30 that you have already paid (or rather $25 since you used the $5 discount coupon).
