        I recently interacted with Joy, the Front Desk Supervisor, prior to making my reservation at this hotel. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the different packages that the hotel had and answered all my questions in great detail and very patiently. I was impressed by the amount of knowledge she had about Philadelphia and she was very helpful in helping me make my decision about the reservation I made. If you have any questions about this hotel reach out to her. She is very knowledgeable. After you speak with her you will most likely decide, like I did, that this is the hotel you want to stay at.

        The room was clean, but service was lacking. Was put here after a flight cancellation, so I'm not sure if they got overwhelmed with people
