        Snarky and actively unhelpful employees. The store had an internal policy to not accept tradeins- even when I was on the phone with the T mobile corporate folks telling myself and the store employees something differrent! Special demerit to Yvie for his attempts at getting back at customers asking for assistance by printing a bunch of unusable shipping labels.

        I came to this location 3 years ago and they were so helpful on helping me upgrade. I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. I love my new phone!
