I have to say that World of Animals is one of the most compassionate vets Ive ever had the pleasure of taking both my cats to. I unfortunately had to put my cat Hermes down due to cancer and the utmost care that Dr. McMahon and her staff gave him was above and beyond. One of the vet techs went across the street to a store and gave him ice cream as a treat he could have in his final moments. They were very gentle with him, which was important to me since he was my childhood cat and I grew up with him. I am forever grateful for what they did for my baby boy. Thank you to the staff for your wonderful treatment of Hermes as he crossed the rainbow bridge!

Zero stars. The only veterinarian at this place misdiagnosed my little young pup with a progressive terminal disease with a touch of her finger, while she was sitting on the floor playing with her. Then she laughed and said not to worry about it. I called crying after the visit with this insensitive vet and she again was laughing with her coworkers while I was crying on the phone. This was the very last time I went there. I found an experienced compassionate vet who said, "Absolutely the wrong diagnosis, your little one has nothing wrong with her, she's perfectly healthy." If you go here, please get a second opinion if your pet gets a diagnosis of anything at this place. It caused me too much heartache to hear this from this vet and will never forgive her for this. Could not take us last minute because of a last minute appointment cancellation but did help get to the right place that helped us out on the spot. So we are great full thanks a bunch to them.
