Movers arrived promptly, Jaquon Turner Jennings & his partner were polite and helpful. 2nd time using this company; they definitely get the job done as moving is stressful as is. I wanted to give the good review because the workers did a good job and had a nice attitude during the move. HOWEVER, the price I paid was significantly higher than an estimate I was given, why am I being charged for an hour of travel time when my location was 20 minutes away? I think $800 for moving a 1BR apartment is extremely EXTREMELY high, and the last time I used this same company it was only around $500 moving from a 3BR house. So what are all these extra charges? IDK but certainly frustrating and surprising. All in all, the job was done with a polite and pleasant attitude from both workers which is why I will leave the 5 stars. But I feel like whoever is coming up with all these prices should be more transparent as theres no mention of that on any email anywhere.
