Just spent 7 day's here. Staff and owners were alsome. Have no complaints what so ever. Ask about a extra picnic table. And within minutes. 3 of the them showed up and said where do you want it. This place is just 8 to 10 minutes from the lake. They are very very dog friendly. Nice little fenced dog park with bags. There are also dog bag stations spread around on the roads as well just in case you forget yours. Don't mind the mess In some parts if the campground they are in the process of adding more sites. Definitely will be back. Nearby activities: Just minutes from raystown lake.

The staff here is great and very friendly. Decent camp store and clean bathrooms. The roads throughout the campground have a thin layer of gravel which basically turns to mud when it rains. There is a large area of grass in front of the store but very little grass throughout the campground. The dog park was not very well maintained and we wouldnt allow our dog to go in. Our site was a pull through with a paved patio. The site was nice and plenty big enough. The grade and narrow turn at the end of the site made it difficult to pull through. I had to back out. The Wi-Fi was decent but we had no cell service with TMobile..
