Good location. Pleasant staff, decent sized, clean rooms. Make sure the door locks behind you when you leave the room, the lock in ours was difficult. Italian restaurant just across the parking lot, some shopping and a Starbucks across the street.

Visiting family we needed a quick stay for the night as our drive home is long. The women at the desk who was new was alone and extremely helpful. She had knowledge of the whole hotel helping everyone at once. Our room was very clean and cozy. Its a beautiful place to stay. The fire place was so beautiful and a nice place to relax on a chilly night! Breakfast was nice and fresh. Overall the place was so good we booked another night. We found our nee place to stay when visiting family!

Dont stay here! Checked into this hotel for a three day business stay. The rooms and the hotel overall are worn, old and a smidge above grungy.During my stay I had a problem with my shower that made me late for a meeting.To make matters worse I submitted a tax exemption form which is required for my travel only to have them call me back 2weeks after my trip to tell me that they lost the form and I would need to submit a new one. Within 24 hrs of that call they billed my card for the taxes that shouldve been exempted by the form THEY lost! I will NEVER stay here again and I will steer my whole team and colleagues in my division away from this hotel, it is not worth the aggravation ! Noteworthy details: Dont stay here! Especially for commonwealth business ! They lose firms and then charge your credit card for their mistake .

This hotel is old, but relatively clean. Mattress was sagging, lamp was missing, door handle was broken, heating system was very difficult to regulate. Kids were running up and down the hall until after midnight. Breakfast was a nightmare. They ran out of spoons by 7:00 and had to go to the hotel next door to replenish them. Oatmeal was not cooked. By 7:30, they ran out of most of the food. The garbage cans were full and spilling over, food was all over the floor. Most of the staff just stood around watching. The hotel was full, but they should have planned better. Dinamarie was their only salvation. She is their housekeeping manager, but does so much more. She can man the front desk, make repairs when needed, clean up messes, fix customer service issues, etc. She was everywhere helping. Kudos to Dinamarie. I received my points for my room, but I did not receive any points for my second room. I was also told that I would receive extra points for the problems we had. Never saw them either. This hotel could be nice, but it is steadily going down hill.
