Dr. Henson in the peds department is absolutely wonderful! I love how great she is with my kids and she is so kind and thorough when explaining things. I will recommend her to everyone I know. Also, both hygienists we have seen have been wonderful too. THANK YOU!

I've been coming to RVHD for years now for chiropractic care and they have such a lovely team. They always go above and beyond. Monique always has an ear to lend when you've had a rough week words of encouragement and Doc literally has your back everyone I've encountered has been great!

Bill the chiropractor always gets the job done when adjusting while having the best team of nurses and receptionists around. Leave it to Tamera, Karen, and Monique to always make you feel at home, and still give the best care imaginable. Ive never been a fan of hospitals, clinics, dentists etc., however, River Valley has given me the confidence & hope I need to move forward and address any of my issues or concerns.

I waited over 4 years on a list for an appointment. I called for updates every year and got no info except that I am on the list. I went to the office and asked a receptionist in the dental department about my status on the list. I was told they can't check, and their are no appointments open . I asked for a complaint form and then was told I could be seen in 15 minutes. This place is terrible.

I think its appalling that they will give away your scheduled appointment to someone else if you dont confirm via text message by a certain time. I was at work where I cant answer my phone. This is denying medical care. Just because others dont show up to appointments doesnt mean they get to place that blame on others. This isnt a tattoo, hair,or nail appointment. This is a medical appointment. This has happened to me multiple times and every time they tell me it wont happen again. Yet here we are. I confirmed when I could get to my phone. I scheduled the appointment well in advance. My medical care was still denied. I called early enough for them to call the person they gave my appointment to and cancel them, they refused. Even if its policy. I never signed an agreement to said policy. They need to do better and realize that giving away someones access to medical care will never be ethical.
