During my last visit I watched the OFFICE MANAGER Was nothing short of Abusive and Volatile to her poor staff. DISRESPECT, UNDERMIND, ROLL HER EYES USE RUDE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS HER STAFF EVEN WORSE TO THEIR PATIENTS THIS WAS NOT DIRECTED AT MYSELF BY ANY MEANS BUT UT WAS HARD TO WATCH IT MADE ME TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE IT TOOK ALL I HAD NOT TO SAY SOMETHING! Only thing I knew I could do is call their corporate! She is just downright abusive towards her staff!

I was scheduled on a Friday and received a call to reschedule for Thursday. I get there and wait a half hour. To be taken into the X-ray room. All X-rays that could possibly be taken on your mouth were done. Then was taken to the exam room where I waited another 20mins. Finally a doctor came in and quickly looked in my mouth telling me I have perfect teeth and needed to come back for a cleaning. The lady who called and rescheduled my appointment should have told me I would not be getting a cleaning.

I had to sit in the chair after x-rays and checkup for 35 minutes just to check out. Not given any clue as to what was going on and why it was taking so long. Then, had to set up two separate appointments for cleaning and a filling. The filling wasn't scheduled until almost 3 months later.

What an absolute joke of an establishment. Run! Theres a reason theyre the only ones accepting patients. Drive an hour if you need to this place is a disaster beyond measure
