Ive been at store space for five yrs or more now and Roy white has been so very helpful. I wish there were more people in the world like him. Life would be so much easier. Thank you Roy!

Purchased a storage unit from auction that was from this facility. When I went to retrieve the contents from my purchase, several boxes were removed as well as other boxes being emptied, moved and riffled through. I am not happy at all. Somebody from this location broke into and stole contents from my unit. The company who provides the auctions online notified me the only one with access and keys to the unit are the storage facilities themselves. Thieves at this place. Only redeeming factor was Roy the gentleman who helped me through this stressful situation. Also found it strange they told me they have video surveillance of every square inch but won't look back to see the footage where somebody broke into my unit.... inside job?

All the units I viewed were very clean, which is a plus for me!! The signing up process is quick and easy, they also have great promotions unpin sigh up. Not to mention, the staff members were great and extremely helpful!! Thank you.
