This company fixed my garage door about a year ago, but now the bolts that they used completely fell out, leaving me with a useless door. I called them on a Friday, they said they would call me on Monday morning then come by that afternoon. They never called so I called them and left a message. No call back. I left a message the next day. Nothing. I waited a day and called again. He answered and said he would be in my area that afternoon and would come by. Never called. Never come by. I had to just call another company.
