        Castle Keep manages our condominium complex. When we needed to have an old oil tank in the basement removed, the home owners association was quite alarmed about the risk of contamination if the job wasn't done right. Meghan at Castle Keep arranged for the tank to be removed and supervised the work herself. We feel confident our homes are in good hands with this business.

        Castle Keep has provided excellent property management for our historic, beautiful, Coach House Condominium for many years. Our unique property, originally built around 1875, requires ongoing careful attention in order to maintain its beauty and function. Asa, Doug and their excellent crew bring experience, value, knowledge and honesty in tackling any job that's needed. Castle Keep's office staff are always friendly, helpful, and responsive; returning calls and following through even on seemingly small matters and, it makes working with them all the better. Kudos to the entire Castle Keep team!

        Castle Keep is our management company for a Victorian - colonial, "Mairemont", that was built in 1871 and divided into 8 beautiful condo units in the late 90's. CK has excellent resources, along with skilled carpenters, painters, handymen, their employees are ready to address any repairs or maintenance that maybe needed. The work is always done right on day one. Asa Montgomery is the owner and President, and with his wisdom and good nature, he makes any situation a pleasure to work with. He addresses all matters promptly with effortless solutions. The office staff is professional and cheery under all circumstances. I'm the president of the Mariemont association, and I'd recommend CK to Newport County residences with estate properties, condo complexes and businesses looking for an excellent management company with trust and peace of mind.
