Outstanding service group! Took my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus in for transmission shifting issues. Advisor said they would run diagnostic tests & reprogram the PCM if necessary. Work was completed in 1-1/2 hours & cost was covered by warranty. Excellent communication with advisor & car was returned as clean as when I got there. Highly professional & proficient staff & technicians.

Got an oil change and Powertrain Control Module recall performed on my 2022 Lincoln on monday3/18. On 3/20 the vehicle started to buck and the service engine soon and powertrain malfunction/reduced power alerts came on along with precollision and hill start assist failures. When I called the dealer they assured me there is no way that anything they did could possibly have caused this. They said they would look at it but also said they could not offer me a loaner. The reasons why continued to change as I continued to ask why I would be stuck without a replacement vehicle despite it being under its warranty period.
