        Loved our stay! Great king room. Quiet location close to everything cool in Newport. The property was clean and inviting. And the staff was friendly. Also, parking was easy and free!! A few recommendations. Seriously, we found your property to be fantastic! Here's what would make it perfect. 1) Allow guests to make coffee after breakfast. Regular and decaf. Compostable coffee pods are acceptable. 2) Serve wine and snacks at your location vs. sending guests to your sister property. 3) better toilet paper. 4) Use real half and half like at breakfast vs. coffee mate. 5) A few more protein options at breakfast would be great.

        The house and rooms are comfortable and clean. Some staff are really nice and some need more training and social skills. Breakfast should be improved, when we were there milk for coffee was sour and fruit too humid and maybe rotten. Rooms were very nice and location too. Newport is great.
