        Was a good place when Steve ran it. Afterwards it became a joke. Jason G is right. I was there for 12 years and should have left after 6. Poor wages and filthy environment. Building she be condemned.

        I guess Jason G is just a disgruntled former employee. Tracey engineers and manufactures excellent high quality gears. We have used Tracey Gears for years to build custom gears for our machinery. Highly recommended for their quality.

        Very poor customer service. Poor Quality parts. Not professional at all. By far worst machine shop. Lots of out dated machinery. Fined and penalized for no guards on machines multiple times by osha. Rat infested and very dirty. The building is on its last leg. Not disgruntled its just facts.

Leo continued with the tradition of craftsmanship he had developed from the beginning and in 1973 retired leaving his sons, Stephen, Richard and Kevin, to improve, expand, and grow the family business.
