I was quite pleased with the advice that I received from Dr Moriarity, even though it resulted in a decision not to use her services for the solution to my problem. She was very transparent about the risks and benefits of her services.

The doctor was kind, thorough, and offered an explanation of the injury that my daughter and I could understand. She also provided a note for her coach detailing her reintegration into the sport. We did not have to wait and other staff were great as well.

I saw Dr. Moriarty for a hamstring injury last August, and after her assessment and imaging, we decided PRP injections were the best course of action to help regenerate healing on the intra-muscular tears and tendonosis throughout. She treated me with the injections and a physical therapy protocol, and I am SO HAPPY to say that my hamstring has fully healed. When I first walked into her office, I was unable to perform daily activities and my athletic performance was severely affected. I compete in Strongman and I am also a Crossfitter and it was of the utmost importance to me to find a doctor well versed in athletics, and also one herself. I sincerely believe Dr. Moriarty is excellent at what she does not only because she's a wonderful and knowledgeable M.D., but also because she is a high-performing athlete herself. She gets it. She knows how important it is to be at optimal performance and what an inhibitor it is to that performance if something is injured. Most doctors will just tell you to rest and stop. And as an athlete, that isn't good enough of a treatment plan. It's really nice to have someone in your corner, understanding the need to get back to doing what you do, while also finding the best possible solution to get you there. I really appreciate her investment in me, and that comes from knowing what it's like to be on my side. What an asset Dr. Moriarty has been to my athletic performance, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Sincerely would recommend her to ANYONE, athlete or not.
