        Wouldnt recommend for Web design. Initially it seemed like a good fit. As time went on, Communication from staff was sometimes not explained. There were several errors made; one being on the last day, my business was listed in the wrong city and already live publicly. It was rectified by my own recognition and prompting. Early on, I was told by the owner that someone working on my project was fired. Totally unprofessional and concerning. My clients testimonies were written with clients last names, which is a breech of patient confidentiality. This should have been known by the establishment. This company may work well for other work but it wasnt for me.

      Hi Fran,Sorry to hear this was your experience with us. The reviews came right fromGoogle where people gave their first and last name so this is public information. You asked us to add them to the website and we did. There is no breech of patient confidentiality since they choose to publicly write their review on Google with first and last names. The ‘providence’ mention on the site was initially for SEO purposes as you are located ‘just outside providence’ but we removed within 5 minutes or less. And no one was fired that worked on your account….the entire website team is still here. I told you there was a delay in my response because we had an unexpected turnover at the company and I had to make some shifts, hence my delay in getting back to you. We think your updated website really looks great and wish you all the best with it. Happy to chat more anytime!
