Baxter's Fine Jewelry

Had a great experience @Baxter's. Walked in with a desire, but very few specifics. Paul and Mike spent a lot of time with us, providing ideas and technical info, but also gave us space to look things over and discuss. When we returned a week later, same thing: they took lots of time and went over a lot of details to be sure we knew what we wanted and were getting it. Wonderful atmosphere, never felt rushed or crowded, even with wire a few other customs in the store.

Very nice store, would definitely recommend for engagement rings, other jewelry, or fancy watches. It's a lot bigger than I was expecting, and the selection was great. They have custom ring designers in house, so I had confidence they could create the design we wanted, and they did! Janina helped us throughout the process and was very informative, without ever feeling pushy. We even left to check out another store before coming back to make our final purchase at Baxters. They're just as good as their billboards are, :) Very happy with our choice.

Baxters employees were a great help in helping me choose the perfect ring. They had a large selection and great prices. Will definitely recommend to others and use again!

My fianc and I went to Baxter's based on his family's recommendation. When he proposed with his grandmother's ring, it was poorly set and was improperly resized in the past. Their recommendation before he proposed was to bring me in afterwards so they could work with me to get what I wanted. Keeping the family diamond, I brought in an example of what I wanted the setting to look like. Everyone we worked with was amazing, never tried to push me toward something I didn't want, and the ring came out beyond what I could have hoped for. Baxter's also resized his grandfather's ring AND fixed a piece of jewelry that my mother broke years ago. The price was exceptionally reasonable and the quality of work was five stars. Based on the engagement ring experience, we decided to purchase my wedding band there as well. They have a huge selection, so we found what I wanted though we had plans to preorder it just a little altered. Long story very short, we went in during one of the events during Bridal Month and got exactly what we wanted at a great price day of. The entire time we worked with the staff at Baxter's, each person treated us with respect. There was no attempt to sell us something we didn't want and they met us where we were at. It was spectacular to see their process of designing my ring, and I cannot recommend them more. Ten stars, if I could. Thanks Baxter's for making our wedding jewelry experience magical!
