        HORRIBLE service. We were recommended this tax service from a friend and after my husband met with Mr. Cauley we thought it would be a great fit. We couldnt have been more wrong, after trying to get in touch with them for MONTHS through email, phone calls and even going up there to speak with someone we have yet to have our taxes completed. Every time we have called they are unavailable and will call us back even when my husband told them to get our taxes together so we could take them somewhere else they didnt have access, Im honestly not sure if they are ever in the office, or how they even stay in business! We are STILL waiting to pick up our stuff so we can take it else where, and have repeatedly asked them for it. Dont waste your time with this business.
