        Rooms are decent, and the service is excellent. The hotel general manager did a great job at check-in and check out. Hilton needs to give him a vacation!

        BEWARE: When you stay here, they will charge hidden fees without notifying you or getting your permission. When I checked in the assistant manager gave me my room key and said nothing about charging my card any additional fee. I checked my account shortly after and realized I was charged a $50 fee, without any prior notice or signature from me. When I called to ask what the charge was for, a man answered and informed me that it was a charge for incidentals. When I asked him why I was not told that when I checked in he basically shrugged it off, acted nonchalant and uncaring, and didn't offer an apology or any type of explanation to my question. I travel often, and have always had hotels notify me when my card was going to be charged extra for incidentals or anything else. It would be so simple to notify a guest when they're checking in about the additional charge instead of charging them without their knowledge or consent. What makes matters even worse is the fact that this hotel also charges a parking fee and additional fees upon check out without telling you! Had i not asked for a printed receipt this time, I wouldn't have known until I checked my account again. When I asked the lady who checked me out if she had a written policy regarding all of these fees that she can show me, she said she didn't...For it to be 2024, this hotel has a lot of catching up to do in the area of customer service and being completely transparent with customers about hidden fees. I expect far better from a Hilton, and am justly disappointed! Also, don't expect to eat out and bring leftovers back to the room while staying here. The refrigerator is SOOOOOO small I couldn't even get one box of leftovers in it. It's definitely a beverage only refrigerator! Another disappointment from a Hilton brand hotel!
