We had work done on commercial roofs late last year (2022) and the roof has been leaking for weeks. I have reached out numerous times to the Service Manager with one response that he had someone put some caulk on an area. Since that time, the roof continues to leak, he has been notified along with Mitch and I still have not gotten a response. Mitch was great bidding the job and getting the job done, but when there's a problem - NO RESPONSE!

Peter Bently was instrumental winning the project even though Roof Crafters was not low the bidder. The project was awarded to Roof Crafters due to Peter's customer service, experience, and his willingness to go above and beyond attitude. From our first meeting to review the current status of the roof, to providing product information, and submitting the quote, his involvement right through the total removal and replacement of the roof system process was seamless. I told him of my concern of the existing condition he found of nail holes in the roof that kept me awake at night whenever rain was forecasted, wondering what we may be exposed to until we got our new roof. Peter came over on his own time, and on a Saturday to temporarily seal the nail holes. He was in constant communication relaying what time the crews would arrive on site, to begin installing protection around the perimeter of our home, the sequence of tear off, and delivery of the new materials. Peter was engaged from the start to finish. There were no surprises! Not only did he review the extent of the excessive wear of the existing shingles, but also spent a considerable amount of time in the attic space reviewing and identifying issues such as an abandon water heater vent needing to be removed, but also roof sheeting that required removal/replacement due to water infiltration and mold growth that even during our home inspection was only partially identified. The crew completed a total removal of the existing roof system of our home and replaced it in one day when we were told it could take up to two. Within two days of the completion of the roof we received our warranty. In the end, Peter was there leading the QC charge Identifying minor defects and getting the crew back to make corrections timely, and coordinating the effort around our schedule. Thank you Peter!
