        Terrible customer service. We have experienced this every time we have done business with the W. Ashley location. Arielle is rude and condescending and always has some excuse as to why the order is mixed up or how come the order you placed in the morning is not delivered while you wait at your business that has been closed for hours. Mount Pleasant has much better management, but, of course, they do run out of products occasionally. If you have to choose between the two, definitely choose Mount Pleasant.
