We unintentionally showed up to check-I just 25 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening and Cherrelle expertly explained everything, getting us oriented to a point where no further questions were necessary. You could tell right away she would stay until the job was done and thats what happened. The facility was clean spacious and temperate. Later this same person helped us with an unrelated storage issue. I would have to say total pro and above and beyond. Thanks GSI

Wow! Cherrelle at Go Store It James Island is the gem of this well-kept facility. It was my first time using storage rental and I needed a nice, clean, temperature controlled facility for furniture and other personal belongings. Cherrelle showed me the various options and was very patient meeting with me and then bringing my husband back to show him the options too. The facility is kept spotlessly clean and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything well-maintained. Can't wait to organize and fill my unit up! Thanks to Cherrelle for helping me get everything all set up and being so great to deal with! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for great storage!
