Waited 3 hours to sell my car when I was told it would be 30 minutes. Very unprofessional. Waste of time. Wont go there again

When I first contacted AutoNation, Austin was very open and accommodating for my personal needs pertaining to my new car. Once we had everything figured out, he kept me very updated on the cars progress; I received pictures of the car as it was being washed, calls occasionally to stay on the same page, as well as recommendations for different insurance companies. All of our questions were answered quickly and honestly, I never felt that he was keeping me in the dark. He was a very personable man, reminding me that his job is to make sure I leave happy. As a salesman myself, I was more than pleased to leave with a very affordable deal for my vehicle, as well as a fellow salesman who I trust. Also, thank you to Joe for helping us through the process, squeezing in a better deal and an extended warranty as well. This has absolutely been what I would define as the best possible first-time buyer experience a person can imagine. Austin and AutoNation blew my expectations out of the water and exceeded customer service standards by a landslide. If your salesman is Austin, youre GOOD. If your manager is Kyle, youre GOOD. If your finance manager is Joe, YOU ARE GOOD. Will be back when Im ready to trade in the Durango guys, thank you again for everything
