Chick-fil-A is good, they're a little understaffed but who isn't nowadays, they do great for an on campus location

Furious!!! I've never been to this particular store previously and unless this issue is satisfactorily taken care of, I will never return. I drove 22 minutes to grab breakfast amid a crazy day. I sat in line for 10 minutes, I ordered TWO breakfast CHICKEN burritos, hold the hash browns, then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to finish/deliver my order. At this point, I have over 40 minutes of my precious time invested in this breakfast. I get to my destination two hours later ready to eat one of the burritos and as I opened it to add salsa, I see BACON!!! I don't eat pork or red meat! Open the other... BACON!! Checking the order label, the cashier got it right, it was the kitchen that screwed it up! I attempted to call the number listed on their website but on half a dozen attempts, I received the "Verizon Wireless number" is not accepting calls. 1) I want my money back 2) I want a gift card to sufficiently cover my time lost and overall hassle (I've just wasted another 30 minutes) 3) I want a manager to provide me a valid telephone number so we can resolve this matter

Dear mystery worker, thank you for taking care of my friends. They have only spoken highly of your exceptional customer service. From the multiple stories that my friends have shared with me, I just know that this guy isn't your regular Chick-fil-A worker. No, this guy goes above and beyond what is already considered amazing customer service. If you're lucky, you'll walk through the door and be greeted by this ray of sunshine. He seems like the type of guy that would travel across the continent to ask you how your day has been. Your girlfriend/boyfriend broke up with you in the most traumatizing way possible? No problem, he will let you cry on his shoulder while listening to your problems. Need a therapist? No problem, this dude will cure your depression and all the other mental illnesses you didnt even know you had. You found out that you were adopted? No problem, this dude will make you feel as if you're part of his family. Do I think he deserves a $100 tip every day? Yes. Do I think he deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life? Absolutely. Everyone in this universe should know about this man. Give this man a fat raise.
